Owners Portal

A private area for our property owners — a full year of bookings, a clear view of what’s confirmed and what’s still in the pipeline, at-a-glance stats and the ability to request their own stays. Built in the same “Tide Line” visual language as the new public site.

Dashboard

The owner’s home. Portfolio-wide stats, each property as a card with nights-let, occupancy, confirmed vs. pipeline, an occupancy sparkline and quick actions.

Request a Stay

Owners block dates for themselves, a guest, or maintenance. Clear “not confirmed until we say so” messaging keeps expectations right.

About this mockup. These are static, front-end-only design mockups — sample data is illustrative. They re-skin the existing OwnersPortal (ASP.NET MVC) functionality — owner → property links, a 12-month bookings calendar (getbookingsforprop12mnths), and booking requests — in the Ballito Accommodation “Tide Line” theme, and add the requested year navigation, booking stats, and a clear pipeline / not-confirmed disclaimer.
